Typographical Errors

Return Policy and Warranty

Ever product you buy from is back first by the product manufacturer's or supplier's warranty.


All returns require a Return Authorization to be issued prior to being returned.  Returned products must be in new condition, include original packaging, inner packaging materials and other accessories to be received no later than 30 days of the date received.  We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge a restocking fee for damaged, incomplete or otherwise non-conforming returns.  Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization number issued by or when the product manufacturers or distributors return policy supersede ours.

Lowest Price Guarantee point of sale Lowest Price Guarantee: At the point of sale, will beat any competitor’s price on identical items (matching manufacturer and model). The item must be in-stock, available for purchase and be in the same condition as advertised item. Lowest Price Guarantee is limited to one order per household.  Lowest Price Guarantee will not be honored on orders already submitted and received as our Lowest Price Guarantee will only be honored at the point of sale. 

For Phone and Web customers: At the point of sale, will beat the advertised price of the product, including shipping charges, against other online resellers. Phone and web customers must call  855-789-0501 to request the Lowest Price Guarantee and supply the customer service representative with proof of the lower price by providing the URL of the competitor’s web page or current advertisement that shows the lower price.

For Retail Store customers: At the point of sale, will beat the advertised price of the product against local retail competitors with in-stock product. Retail store customers must provide proof of the lower price by bringing in a printed copy of the advertisement containing the lower price.

Exclusions from the Point of Sale Lowest Price Guarantee: The Point of Sale Lowest Price Guarantee does not apply to bundled items, free items, pricing errors, items of service, mail-in offers, offers including financing, out of stock or limited quantity items, clearance items, open-box items, and used/refurbished items.



Limitation of Liability

In no event shall or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages from the purchase of its products or services.



Processing Time

Your order is thoroughly reviewed by our Credit Card Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Once your order has passed the rigorous review by our Credit Card Department, it is sent to our warehouse for shipment.


Please note: Credit card processing can take up to 3 business days (Depending on the accuracy of the information given to us by the customer.). Further, for security reasons, voice confirmation may be required before we can process your credit card for payment.

If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible from our warehouse or from one of our Distribution Warehouses located throughout  the United States.

If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the backordered inventory in our warehouse.



Transit Time

Note: Saturday & Sunday deliveries are not available and do not constitute as a business day.



Total Time For Delivery

Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. This can range from 24 hours to 10 days for in-stock items.   Special orders can range from 14 - 45 business days.



Risk of Loss

If the Customer provides with Customer's carrier account number or selects a carrier other than a carrier that regularly ships for, title to products and risk of loss or damage during shipment passes from to Customer upon shipment from facility. For all other shipments, title to products and risk of loss or damage during shipment passes from to Customer upon receipt by Customer.



Dispute Resolution



You and agree to resolve any controversy, dispute, or claim arising out of or relating to your purchase of any product or service from by binding Arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, or in a small claims court, and judgment on the arbitration award rendered by the Arbitrator(s) may be entered in a court having competent jurisdiction. This agreement to arbitrate is intended to be broadly interpreted and covers all controversies, disputes, claims arising out or relating to your purchase including, but not limited to contract claims, tort claims and statutory claims, or any combination of claims. We agree that the American Arbitration Association shall administer the arbitration, and that the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Arbitration Rules and Mediation Procedures and Consumer Related Disputes Supplementary Procedures, if applicable, shall apply. These Arbitration Rules may be found on the American Arbitration Association's web site at You and agree that the Arbitration Award maybe taken to a Court of competent jurisdiction to become an enforceable judgment. You and agree that any arbitration under this Agreement will take place on an individual basis. Class arbitrations and class actions are not permitted.

This Arbitration Agreement affects you legal rights. An arbitration is resolved by a neutral party and not a judge or jury. There is less discovery and less exchange of information between the parties to an arbitration than might occur in a court proceeding. An arbitration award is final and binding and will only be overturned or reversed by a court in very limited circumstances. You agree that, by entering into this Agreement, you and are each waiving the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action. .

Product & Sample Image Discrepancies and its affiliate websites will in no way be responsible or held accountable for screen resolution or for image quality on any product page or on any part of the website. We can not and will not entertain complaints about image quality over which we do not have control. We also will not entertain complaints for images found on other websites for the same make and model product. Images and actual product will always vary. If a customer needs a specific color then they should obtain samples prior to placing an order. No complaints on variation of colors will be honored. If the product was seen in a authorized retail store and purchased online we will not be held accountable if the finishes do not match to what an authorized retailer shows you. In the event of a dispute based on image quality (product did not meet customers expectations) customer must return product pre-paid after obtaining a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. A 25% restocking fee will be charged and all outbound pre-paid shipping charges will be deducted from refund. Customers must obtain a return authorization within 15 business days and product must be insured for total purchase price. may at its sole discretion charge a $150 flat fee to the credit card used when a return authorization is issued. This charge will we credited once the item is received and inspected. Product purchased must be returned in its original packaging with all parts and components in resalable condition. Otherwise customer will not receive a credit on the return charge. If we receive the product without the original packaging and/or product arrives damaged, claims must be filed by customer against the shipping carrier. The product will be returned to the customer.



Product Delivery Refusal

If item is refused during delivery, the customer will be responsible for outbound shipping charges and a restocking fee will apply (fee may vary by vendor).
